A new law took effect on July 1, 2022, making edibles and beverages infused with hemp-derived cannabinoids, including small amounts of THC, legal in Minnesota.
People 21 and older will now be able to purchase edibles and beverages that contain a limited amount of THC, the ingredient in marijuana that creates a high.
